The IDEM GLHD-Ex is a heavy duty rope pull safety switch for long conveyors, with ropes connected to both sides of one switch to cut wiring and the number of switches. IDEM rates it for rope spans up to 200 m with one dual head switch (100 m each side), up to 250 m with two switches. It has a yellow painted die cast housing rated IP67. It is ATEX and IECEx certified for hazardous areas in Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22, and comes with 3 m of pre wired cable.
