OUR STORY
September 2003. Daanet registered as a business, appointed Australian distributor (ex WA) of Hirschmann Industrial Ethernet.
May 2009. IDEM Safety Switches of the UK were introduced to Australia through Daanet. IDEM's safety switches include tongue interlocks, solenoid locking switches, safety limits, non-contact and rope pull switches. The most recent product development is a range of stainless steel interlock switches.
July 2009. Austrian Automation vendor Bernecker & Rainer (B&R) appointed Daanet as its distributor for Australia and New Zealand. With a comprehensive automation product range including PLC, Soft Control, Modular I/O, HMI, Safety and Servo Control, B&R offer a high performance, cost effective and superbly reliable automation platform.
November 2011. Daanet appointed Ellisco as New Zealand distributor for the whole range of Daanet products.
March 2012. One more exciting brand added to the Daanet range - Secomea Secure Remote Communications.
April 2013. Daanet continues to grow and increase its and its products presence within Australia and New Zealand.
January 2020. Daanet’s Online Shop opens. Purchasing your required parts, fast and easily. Larger range of products are added all the time.

Integrated output protection
The module is equipped with SafeLOGIC functionality that allows it to safely execute applications designed in SafeDESIGNER. The module can be used in safety-related applications up to PL e or SIL 3.
In addition, the module coordinates the safety-related communication of all modules involved in the application. In this context, the module also monitors the configuration of these modules and carries out autonomous parameter downloads to the modules whenever necessary. This guarantees a consistent and correct module configuration in the network from a safety standpoint in all scenarios involving module replacement and service. These services are performed in conjunction with Automation Runtime on the standard CPU.
In addition, SafeLOGIC-X products have the same I/O properties as the associated SafeIO products (X20SC0xxx).
