Stainless Steel Range for both Food Grade and Harsh Environment Applications
Tongue Operated Interlock Switches
Available in plastic and die-cast metal housings 
with stainless steel head available. Features:
- Head position adjustable to for up to 8 actuator entry positions
- Category 4 Protection
- IP67 Case Protection
- Explosion proof version available
(ATEX EExd IIC T6)
Non-Contact Safety Interlock Switch
Intended for use where there is poor guard alignment or the need for a tamper-proof design, IDEM non-contact safety interlocks provide:
- Dual Channel Safety Output
- Wide switching distance up to 14mm
- IP67 Enclosure - wash-down suitable
- Rugged plastic and stainless steel models
- Coded Magnet and non-coded available.
Safety Pull Cord / Rope Switches
Available in single and dual head models, as well as stainless steel, the ‘Guardian Line’ cord pull switch features:
- High visibility LED Status Indication
- Up to 4 conduit entries
- Integrated E-Stop button available
- Tension indicator for ease of set-up
- Up to 200m with a single switch - lengths over 20km can be achieved with less than 20 switches.
- Explosion proof version available (ATEX EExd IIC T6)
- Stainless Steel Versions
- New IDESAFE 2-wire Rope Switch communication system - call for details.
Safety Limit Switches
With a large variety of plungers, these switches are available in a variety of cable versions including quick connect, pre-cabled, and with M20 conduit entries. They feature:
