Hirschmann Industrial HiVision is a software network diagnostics tool. Using LLDP (Link Layer Discovery Protocol), enabled switches from multiple vendors are detected and mapped, including a topology view showing port connection details.

- Equipment scan and auto-discovery via IP-address areas and HiDiscovery
- Alarm log for diagnostics
- Displays customisable fault messages to highlight issues such as port loading, fragmented data, frequent drop-outs for example.

- Customisation via freely selectable background images
