MACH4000
MACH4000 is Hirschmann's top of the range switch with Layer 3 Routing capability and up to 10Gbps capability. Intended to provide an industrial grade Layer 3 ethernet backbone, the MACH4000 is capable of meeting all network demands with a full function set including Redundancy, QoS, Port Mirroring and inbuilt cable checker.
Key MACH4000 features are:
- Flexible port configuration.
- Integrated Power over Ethernet technology (PoE)
- Fast/Gigabit and now 10G Ethernet Ports
- Modular form including ports and power supplies.
- Layer 3 Routing - Port or VLAN Based.
Power Over Ethernet - Up to four Fast Ethernet ports with 15.4 W output power each are available. No additional external power supply unit is necessary because the voltage supply for the connected remote terminals is generated internally. This allows them to be used wherever remote terminals such as IP telephones and IP cameras or WLAN Access Points are to be connected to the data network and additionally supplied with power under extreme ambient conditions.

- Rugged PoE switch designed for an extended temperature range

- Triple redundancy power supply option, incorporating external power assemblies.

- Fibre Connectors: ST, SC, LC, MTRJ
- Temperature ranges: 0° C up to + 60° C or – 40° C up to + 85° C
