Substation Switch - MACH1000

Key Features
- IEC 61850 compliant, including GOOSE prioritisation protocol
- Uber-Robust design for harsh environments
- Integrated Power over Ethernet technology (PoE)
- Fast/Gigabit Ethernet Ports
- Up to 26 Ports including fibre and SFP modules.
- NOT Modular - the extreme EMI tolerance requires that the entire assembly is completed at the factory.
- NEW MODEL MACH1040 features Layer 3 / Routing.
Try the Hirschmann RSR ethernet substation switch - identical in terms of EMI protection and suitability for power stations.
Power Over Ethernet
Up to four Fast Ethernet ports with 15.4 W output power each are available. No additional external power supply unit is necessary because the voltage supply for the connected remote terminals is generated internally. This allows them to be used wherever remote terminals such as IP telephones and IP cameras or WLAN Access Points are to be connected to the data network and additionally supplied with power under extreme ambient conditions.
The MACH1000 switches meet the requirements of IEC 61850 and have a
temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. Other features include a
high vibration resistance as well as a great insensitivity to
electrostatic discharges and magnetic fields.
NEW - Now available in PoE+ (Power over Ethernet Plus) over Gigabit - high power (30W) PoE. Too new! Call for details.
